Tahani Hashem is an experienced educator with a passion for teaching Mathematics and empowering students to become 21st-century learners. With 18 years of teaching experience, Tahani has implemented numerous creative and interactive approaches to incorporating Mathematics into the classroom, making it an effective tool for student growth.

Recognizing the importance of a solid foundation in mathematical skills, Tahani emphasizes the development of a deep understanding and the cultivation of sound mathematical habits. She firmly believes that these skills are essential for students to comprehend and interpret the world around them, equipping them with valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Beyond her expertise in Mathematics, Tahani also serves as an instructional coach, where she collaborates with fellow educators to create engaging learning environments that captivate students' interests. By partnering with teachers, Tahani aims to maintain students' active engagement and foster their continuous growth as learners, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience for all.

تهاني هاشم معلمة ذات خبرة ولديها شغف بتعليم مادة الرياضيات وتمكين الطلاب ليصبحوا متعلمين في القرن الحادي والعشرين. مع 18 عامًا من الخبرة في التعليم، دمجت تهاني العديد من الأساليب الإبداعية والتفاعلية لدمج الرياضيات في الفصل الدراسي، مما يجعلها أداة فعالة لنمو الطلاب.

وإدراكًا منها لأهمية الأساس المتين في المهارات الرياضية، تؤكد تهاني على تنمية الفهم العميق وتنمية المهارات الرياضية. إنها تعتقد اعتقادًا راسخًا أن هذه المهارات ضرورية للطلاب لفهم وتفسير العالم من حولهم ، وتزويدهم بمهارات تحليلية ومهارات قيمة لحل المشكلات.

بالإضافة إلى خبرتها في الرياضيات ، تعمل تهاني أيضًا كمدربة تعليمية، حيث تتشارك في العمل مع زملائها المعلمين لخلق بيئات تعلّمية جاذبة لاهتمامات الطلاب. من خلال الشراكة مع المعلمين، تهدف تهاني إلى الحفاظ على المشاركة النشطة للطلاب وتعزيز نموهم المستمر كمتعلمين، مما يضمن تجربة تعلّمية إيجابية وفعالة للجميع.

Huda Al Barghouthi began her career as a Computer Programmer and Trainer at Kuwait University, where she spent four years in the Research Department. In 1992, she joined BBS as a Math teacher. Huda is passionate about utilizing technology to empower students and was thrilled to become Technology Integration Coach at BBS. Now, in her role as Instructional Coach, Huda believes in encouraging a growth mindset among teachers, providing targeted support, and fostering a collaborative culture that leads to enhanced student achievement. 

بدأت هدى البرغوثي حياتها المهنية كمبرمجة ومدربة كمبيوتر في جامعة الكويت، حيث أمضت أربع سنوات في قسم الأبحاث. في عام 1992، انضمت إلى مدرسة البيان ثنائية اللغة كمعلمة رياضيات. إن شغفها بدمج التكنولوجيا لتمكين الطلاب قد دفعها لتصبح مدرب دمج التكنولوجيا. حالياً كونها تعمل كمدرب تعليمي، تؤمن هدى بضرورة تشجيع عقلية النمو بين المعلمين، وتقديم الدعم المستهدف، وتعزيز الثقافة التعاونية التي تؤدي إلى تحسين تحصيل الطلاب.

Katerine began her career as a preschool teacher and quickly became fascinated with educational technology, exploring innovative digital tools and collaborating with educators to optimize their use to enhance students' educational experiences. This curiosity led to her transition into the role of a Tech Integration Coach. Her commitment to being Reggio Inspired, which advocates for a child-centered, collaborative, and inquiry-based approach to education, further spurred her career progression as an Instructional Coach. In this role, she partners with teachers to explore innovative methods and collaborates with educators to create a joyous and enriching learning experience for students.

Mais started her career in 2009 as a Learning Support Teacher, specializing in assisting students with dyslexia and dyscalculia. She is also a member of the British Psychology Society. Mais has an extensive background in cooperative learning coaching, multi-sensory approach and child development. Her proficiency in these areas led to her appointment as an Instructional Coach at BBS in 2022. In this role, Mais collaborates with fellow educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Ashraf Al-Rabah is passionate about supporting educators' professional growth and positively impacting student learning. With more than 20 years of experience in education, Ashraf has worked with teachers and school leaders to implement research-based instructional practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. أشرف الرباح متحمس لدعم نمو المعلمين المهني والتأثير الإيجابي على تعلم الطلاب. بخبرة تزيد عن 20 عامًا في مجال التعليم، عمل أشرف مع المعلمين وقادة المدارس لتنفيذ ممارسات التدريس المستندة إلى البحث وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر. مجالات الخبرة: التدريب التربوي، التطوير المهني، التدريس المستند الى البيانات، التدريس المتمايز، إدارة الصف، التكنولوجية التعليمية والذكاء الإصطناعي.

Constance Walcott began her career as a Computer Science Educator in Jamaica. She taught in Kuwait for three years before transitioning to a Technology Integration Coach at BBS in 2021, and then Instructional Coach in 2022. Her passion for technology and instructional design has shaped her role as an educator, inspiring students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills in the face of technological advancements.

بدأت كونستانس والكوت مسيرتها المهنية كمعلمة علوم الحاسوب في جامايكا. علّمت في الكويت لمدة ثلاث سنوات قبل أن تنتقل إلى دور مدرب دمج التكنولوجيا في مدرسة البيان ثنائية اللغة عام 2021، ثم مدرب تعليمي عام 2022. شكّل شغفها بالتكنولوجيا والتصميم التعليمي دورها كتربوية تلهم الطلاب في تنمية مهارات التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات عند مواجهة التطورات التكنولوجية.
